Taking the work into the world.
I have spoken and taught across Australia, Kenya, India, and the UK — to corporate leadership teams, health practitioners, community organisations, conference audiences, and university faculties. The context changes. The core message does not.
What I bring to a stage or a room is not a rehearsed performance — it’s twenty years of working at the intersection of body, emotion, and meaning, distilled into something an audience can actually take home and use. People leave not just informed but altered, in a small and often useful way.
I am particularly interested in cross-cultural engagements — contexts where the question of how different bodies, in different settings, carry different histories, is genuinely alive.

TALK TOPICS
01
The Body at Work
02
Trauma Is Not What You Think
How somatic intelligence shapes leadership, team culture, and organisational resilience — and what it costs when we ignore it.
A clear-eyed introduction to what trauma actually is, how it lives in the body, and why conventional approaches often miss the point.
03
What the Body Knows
04
Embodied Leadership
A keynote on somatic intelligence as a practical resource — for individuals, leaders, practitioners, and anyone navigating uncertainty.
The difference between leading from managed anxiety and leading from genuine authority, and how to close that gap.
Note: All talks can be adapted for keynote, workshop, or retreat formats. I’m also available for conference panels and practitioner training programmes.
