Stepping into yourself

There's a version of yourself you haven't fully stepped into yet. Perhaps it shows up as a flatness — going through the motions, taking the steps, but not quite being there. Or nothing that dramatic — just a quiet sense that the person moving through your life isn't quite fully you.

Like an outline waiting to be filled in.

Coaching is how you land in your authentic full self.

​Something is shifting — a role, a relationship, a sense of what matters. You want to move into what’s next with intention rather than default. Coaching gives you a body-based compass for navigating that threshold consciously, as the author of what you’re walking toward.

​You have authority. What you want is to lead from genuine inner authority — decisions that come from your deepest knowing rather than from what you think you should do. The difference is palpable, to you and to everyone around you.

WHAT COACHING IS — AND WHAT IT ISN’T

Coaching operates in the realm of what’s possible. Therapy tends to the past. Both require the body.

I have over 20 years of experience and that depth informs everything I bring to this work. Somatic Wisdom Coaching is not therapy. It doesn’t reach into trauma or constitute psychological treatment. What it does is something distinct and powerful: it gives you direct access to your own somatic intelligence — the body’s knowing that operates beneath habit, conditioning, and the noise of other people’s expectations.

Most of us have learned to make decisions from the neck up. We analyse, we weigh, we talk ourselves into and out of things. Somatic coaching teaches you to include the whole of yourself in that process — to feel the difference between a yes that comes from fear and a yes that comes from truth. That distinction changes everything: how you work, how you lead, how you live.

If it becomes clear that deeper therapeutic work would serve you better, I will say so directly and help you find it.

THE SIX SESSIONS

A structured arc. Your canvas.

The programme has a shape — each session builds on the last. But the content is always yours.

We follow what’s alive in you, not a fixed curriculum. Here’s the arc.

01  Your somatic baseline

Where are you starting from? We map your current relationship with your body — not as a diagnosis, but as honest ground. Where do you hold tension, where do you go numb, where do you move from aliveness and where from habit? This is the foundation everything else builds on.

02  The body’s decision-making

Your body has been making decisions long before your mind catches up. This session is about learning to read that process — to feel the difference between a choice that comes from your conditioning and one that comes from your truth. This is where the somatic compass begins to come online.

03  What gets in the way

Every person has patterns that intercept their deeper knowing — the voice that says not yet, who do you think you are, it’s not safe to want this. We meet those patterns directly, in the body, where they actually live. Not to fight them. To understand what they’ve been protecting — and whether that protection is still needed.

04  Relational truth

How do you show up in relationship — with authority, with peers, with those you lead or love? We look at the somatic dimension of your relational patterns: where you expand, where you contract, where you disappear. And we begin to shift what needs shifting.

05  Living from your centre

Building a life that is genuinely authored by you requires practice — small, consistent acts of returning to your own truth rather than deferring to the loudest voice in the room. This session builds that practice, tailored to your life and your particular edge.

06  The forward edge

Where are you now, and where are you headed? We close with clarity — what has shifted, what you are claiming, what the next chapter looks like when you are genuinely its author. This session is less an ending than a launch.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Six 50-minute sessions online

Held fortnightly over three months, or weekly for a more intensive pace. Timing agreed at the outset.

Between-session practices

After each session, a short written reflection and a somatic practice tailored to where we’ve arrived. The work continues between sessions — quietly, in your own life.

A closing summary

A written record of the arc of the work — what emerged, what shifted, what you are carrying forward. Something to return to when the noise gets loud again.
